All photographs, designs, product images, artwork, logos, text, and other content displayed on I Love Glassart are the exclusive intellectual property of I Love Glass Art. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited. Our glass art pieces are original handcrafted works protected under copyright law. Customers purchasing custom pieces receive a limited license for personal display only and do not acquire ownership of the underlying design rights unless explicitly agreed in writing.
We make every effort to display our glass art accurately, including colors, textures, and dimensions. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our products and variations in screen displays, slight differences may occur. Custom orders are created specifically for you based on your specifications. Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Lead times for custom glass pieces typically range from 4–12 weeks depending on complexity, materials, and current workshop schedule.
All prices displayed on I Love Glassart are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. A non refundable deposit (usually 50%) is required to initiate custom orders. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before shipping or delivery. We accept secure online payments through our integrated gateway. Full payment must be received before dispatch of finished pieces.
We take great care in packaging our delicate glass art using custom foam inserts, reinforced boxes, and insurance coverage. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and item size/weight. Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once the item is handed over to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance (for international orders), or force majeure events. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Upon receipt, please inspect your glass art immediately. Any visible damage, breakage, or discrepancy must be reported to us within 48 hours with clear photographs of the packaging and damaged item(s). We will arrange for inspection by the carrier and process claims under our insurance policy. Claims filed after this period may not be honored. Refunds or replacements are issued only after the claim is approved by the shipping insurer.
Due to the custom and handcrafted nature of our glass art, standard returns are not accepted. Cancellations are possible only before production begins and are subject to a cancellation fee. If we are unable to fulfill an order due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of any deposit paid will be issued. All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.
I Love Glass Art shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific item in question. We are not responsible for misuse, improper installation, or damage caused after delivery.
